This Silverleaf home exudes charm and character with its unique details. In their remodel, the couple focused on creating well-designed, functional spaces within their smaller home, proving that bigger isn’t always better.
The inspiration for the remodel came from a trip to London, where the owner fell in love with the work of Kit Kemp, the designer behind the Firmdale hotels. Known for her bold use of patterns and colors, Kemp’s influence is evident throughout the home, where tribal fabrics are paired with chintzes, antiques, and modern accents.
As part of the redesign, we incorporated luxury updates throughout. The primary bathroom was transformed with new tilework, a soaking tub, and heated floors, creating a spa-like experience. The kitchen was refreshed with updated cabinetry, adding a refined yet functional touch to this thoughtfully curated home.
